Create a Categories-to-Stores drill-down locator

This Store List mode starts with Category tiles rather than Store cards. Selecting a tile opens that Category's Store results.

1. Create the Category tile​

Create Builder → New → Category tile. Add category name and optional icon, color, or Store count. Save it.

2. Configure the Store List​

  1. Open the Layout and select Store List.
  2. Set Display → Categories → stores (drill-down).
  3. Select the regular Store Card under Store design (list item).
  4. Open Category tiles and choose the Category tile design.
  5. Set Min tile width, Row fill, and Gap between tiles.
  6. Under Store list (after a tile is clicked), choose Flex/Grid settings and Store-card gap.
  7. Configure pagination and save.

Visitor flow​

The first view fetches/renders Categories. Selecting a tile filters to that Category and lists its Stores. A Back action returns to the Category grid.

This differs from the standalone Category filter in Tiles mode: drill-down replaces the tile view with Stores and provides a Back flow; filter Tiles remain a filter control for a separate Store List.

Verify category relationships​

The Category count and results depend on Stores actually assigned to that Category. Test a Category with zero, one, and many Stores and a Store belonging to more than one Category.
